I’ve been craving smoothies lately. I think it’s because it’s almost spring and the weather is getting really nice.
Holy guacamole, it tastes beautiful! I kept it simple because I wanted to get the full flavour but you could definitely add some berries, or even some spinach to beef it up.
If you’re needing quick breakfast, a bit of extra fat to hit your macros, or if you just feel like a refreshing drink, give this a go!
1 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 an avocado
1. Whiz all of the ingredients together in a blender, food processor, or with a stick mixer.
